Dave Nichols has truly been a pleasure to work with. His professional mannerisms, kind demeanor, along with his high ethical standards really made me feel comfortable and gave me the peace of mind in helping me choose NBKC as my loan provider. These characteristics were key, especially since I had received quite a few quotes from all who specialize in VA loans, which included our current well know conglomerate bank. Dave was the first person I spoke to about the VA streamline. Then I did research and talked to about 10 other banks, lenders, mortgage companies... Dave won us over with his knowledge, customer service and outgoing personality. He was patient and followed up with us to keep our mind at ease while waiting on the loan process.
