We were very hesitant to get a VA loan. We know how paperwork can be difficult and lost in the military. We thought the process would be harder than a conventional loan or similar. We thought we had to have an existing VA loan to even consider refinancing to a VA loan. That is not true. We took a chance and responded to the VA loan site. Greg took the time to understand our goals with the refinance. He was straightforward on what to expect in regards to numbers and locked in a great rate. We didn't hesitate at all. We didn't realize the process would be just like other refinances except that VA loan has some other perks that conventional loans do not. We thank Greg for his time, energy, persistence and trust.. Our VA loan ended up being the best out of three past refinances and we were able to kill off some debt too unlike a conventional loan. Go VA!!!
