Jim Schneider was outstanding in our refinance process. After making the decision to refinance - NBKC was our 2nd choice. Unfortunately, our first choice was unable to close the deal as went with a broker vs. bank. After weeks of frustration with the local broker, I re-connected with Jim and within 3 weeks of that initial call we had refinanced our home. We locked in at 4.75% 30 year fixed which was a huge improvement from our 6.5% ARM. Jim was knowledgeable, courteous, straight forward, and incredibly responsive.
