If you are lucky enough to read this review, get in line for Keith's excellent service. I was referred to Keith by another excellent loan officer who said that Keith was the best at what he did and he was right. I was working with 3 other loan officers and he was by far the most knowledgeable, patient, informative, and trustworthy of the other 2 loan officers. I felt he had my best interest from the beginning till the end. Exemplifying this, Keith would help explain any of the numbers on the loan estimate if I had a question about them. He explained to me the advantages of a conventional over a jumbo loan which was important in my decision making process. He called me when there was a big drop in the rates and I got a great rate and saved tons of money. None of the other officers did that for me. He had the lowest closing cost by far and at when I got my final closing document, the closing cost went down some more. That was a pleasant surprise. Everything was done well in advance of closing and we closed on the appropriate date with no problems.
