After having to make a quick move out of state where we needed to buy a house ASAP we connected with Mark who helped us: 1. Get pre-approved super quick. 2. Got us almost all the way to the finish line on one house (which fell through after the appraisal came in at $28K too low - and the seller refused to budge). 3. Got us all the way to the finish line on the house we finally bought. Time from offer placed to closing was less than 2 weeks! (This blew me away!) 4. During the entire process he answered his phone and responded quickly and efficiently to texts and e-mails. So incredibly professional (and even responded at night and weekends)! 5. I got a great rate with low fees (so all of the above did not come at a premium cost). And he was able to do this even though my finances are more complicated than most (I don't have traditional income - I am partners in multiple businesses and so this was not a quick cookie cutter loan). I cannot recommend Mark enough. He made this move possible (in a market were prices are crazy, properties are few, and there are too many unreasonable for sale by owners!) My real estate broker was concerned about using a guy from an unheard of out of state bank. But now she is a believer too! This is the guy that will get it done for you! This is my "go to" mortgage guy for life!
