I requested a quote for a fixed 30 year refinance through COSTCO mortgage services. Lucky me, NBKC is one of COSTCO's preferred mortgage lenders. After looking at all the quotes, NBKC had the best rates. I was immediately contact by Ryan via email (my preference). From then on everything went as smooth as you can’t even imagine. COSTCO needs to know how lucky they are to have Ryan representing them in NBKC. His name should automatically appear as the best Loan Originator when choosing NBKC from their mortgage website.

For those like me who think about everything and who are a little impatient sometimes, you need to remember that patience, in this case, is something that we could only achieve when you have someone; who can keep you calm and well informed at all times, with total honesty and sincerity. Ryan did all that for us and much more. We started with one rate, which at the time, it was best for us and our situation but not what we really wanted. After the appraisal came back higher than expected, Ryan was able to change the numbers and got us a better rate with the same terms of the other higher rate. We got all what we wanted in the beginning. We ended up much better than where we started. Ryan made it all possible.

Even after the loan was done, he continued to answer questions I had just like he was doing during the process of getting the loan.
