What’s your advice for new home buyers?
Be prepared, not scared. Which seems broad and is intended to be so. You could be asked for more than you ever thought was necessary which is part of the process. The more you can gather, ask and understand upfront, the easier it is when the ball gets rolling. Enjoy the ride, you are about to achieve one of the American dreams, home ownership! It’s a big deal!
Do the little things now, it will help with the big things later.
